Investor Privacy Notice

We collect the contact details, professional information, investment preferences, and messages you submit to review investor access requests and communicate with you. Submitting a request does not automatically grant access.

For approved investors, this portal records sign-ins, page visits, document opens and downloads. Administrators use this information to manage access and understand interest in diligence materials. Public-site analytics record page and CTA events without storing form contents in analytics.

The portal uses Supabase for authentication, database records and private document storage, and Mailgun for transactional email. Essential session cookies support sign-in; the public site does not use advertising cookies.
